Basic requirements for LLP Incorporation:

1. DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
2. PAN (Permanent Account Number) of partners
3. Address proof of partners – Bank statement/ Electricity bill/ Telephone bill/ Mobile bill
4. Identity proof of partners – Voters Identity Card/ Passport/ Driving License
5. Address proof of registered office of LLP
6. NOC from the owner of premises of LLP mentioning the name of proposed LLP (in case rented/ leased property)
7. Subscriber’s sheet along with consent of designated partners (to act as partners) in Form-9
